The agreement between you and RÊVE Amsterdam when you shop with us. Last updated June 2026.
These terms apply to every offer, order and agreement between RÊVE Amsterdam (Roomtuintjes 194, 1093TB Amsterdam, KVK 92483046, VAT NL004954112B85) and you, the customer. By placing an order you accept these terms.
An agreement is formed once we confirm your order by email. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order — for example if an item is out of stock or a pricing error has occurred — in which case any payment is refunded.
All prices are in euros and include VAT where applicable. Shipping costs, if any, are shown at checkout before you confirm. Payment is made through the secure methods offered at checkout. We may correct obvious pricing errors even after an order is placed.
We aim to dispatch within 48 hours and deliver within the estimated times set out on our shipping page. Stated delivery times are estimates and not strict deadlines. Risk passes to you upon delivery.
As a consumer you have a statutory cooling-off period of 14 days, and we voluntarily extend returns to 30 days, during which you may return an unused item in original condition. Details are in our returns policy. Return shipping costs are borne by you unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
Your purchase must meet reasonable expectations of quality. If an item is defective or not as described, you are entitled to a repair, replacement or refund in line with applicable consumer law. Natural variation in leather grain and colour is not a defect.

These terms are governed by Dutch law. Disputes will be submitted to the competent court in the Netherlands, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer rights you may have in your country of residence.
