Our 30-day window

You can return most items within 30 days of receiving your order. To be eligible, the bag must be unused, in its original condition, and returned with all original packaging, dust bag and any included straps or accessories.

Return condition

Because leather is a natural material that shows wear quickly, we can only accept returns that are genuinely unused. Please:

Items that show signs of use, scratches, marks or odours may be refused or refunded in part.

How to start a return

Email hello@revebag.com with your order number and the item you'd like to return. We'll reply with return instructions and the address. Return shipping is arranged by you unless the item is faulty or incorrect, in which case we cover it.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll confirm by email and process your refund to the original payment method within 5–10 business days. Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

Exchanges

Would you prefer a different colour or style? Let us know when you start your return and we'll reserve the replacement where stock allows. If there's a price difference, we'll settle it fairly either way.

Faulty or incorrect items

If your bag arrives damaged, faulty, or it's not what you ordered, contact us within 14 days of delivery with a photo. We'll arrange a free return and send a replacement or full refund — whichever you prefer. This does not affect your statutory rights.
