We keep it simple. Orders of €100 or more ship free across the EU. For orders below €100, a flat rate of €6.95 applies, calculated automatically at checkout.
We aim to dispatch every order within 48 hours of it being placed (business days). Once it's on the way, estimated delivery is:

As soon as your order ships, we'll email you a confirmation with a tracking link so you can follow it to your door. If you haven't received tracking within three business days of ordering, please contact us.
We currently ship to all European Union countries. If your country isn't available at checkout, send us a message — we're expanding our delivery network and may be able to help.
Occasionally a parcel is delayed in transit beyond our control. If your order hasn't arrived within the estimated window, reach out and we'll investigate with the carrier right away. If a parcel is lost, we'll arrange a replacement or refund.
Please make sure your shipping address is correct at checkout — we can't be responsible for parcels sent to an incorrectly entered address.
